Purpose of the Faculty

The Faculty of Rehabilitation fosters competent professionals who can contribute to the improvement of health, medical care, and welfare by cultivating a rich humanity through education and research of advanced knowledge and skills related to rehabilitation.

Course of Physical Therapy

The Course of Physical Therapy aims to maintain and improve physical function through evidence-based exercise and physical therapy, and to support the recovery of patients to meet their day-to-day requirements.

Course of Occupational Therapy

The Course of Occupational Therapy aims to maintain and improve physical and mental functions through various evidence-based activities, and also it supports patients' recovery of quality of life. It fosters professional individuals who work in a team to provide treatment in cooperation with professionals from various fields.

Speech-Language Hearing Therapy

The Course of Speech-Language Hearing Therapy aims to maintain and improve the functions of speech, hearing, and swallowing, to support the recovery of quality of life in activities of daily living, and to develop specialists who can work within a team to provide treatment in cooperation with professionals from various fields.

Course of Health Promotion

The Course of Health Promotion equips students with broad knowledge and methods to support mental and physical health. By approaching 'health creation' from diverse perspectives—including exercise, nutrition, healthcare, psychology, horticulture, and data analysis—students develop preventive skills and practical abilities to help prevent illness before it occurs.
