Purpose of the Faculty

The Faculty of Rehabilitation fosters competent professionals who can contribute to the improvement of health, medical care, and welfare by cultivating a rich humanity through education and research of advanced knowledge and skills related to rehabilitation.

Department of Physical Therapy

The Department of Physical Therapy aims to maintain and improve physical function through evidence-based exercise and physical therapy, and to support the recovery of patients to meet their day-to-day requirements.

Department of Occupational Therapy

The Department of Occupational Therapy aims to maintain and improve physical and mental functions through various evidence-based activities, and also it supports patients' recovery of quality of life. It fosters professional individuals who work in a team to provide treatment in cooperation with professionals from various fields.

The Department of Speech-Language Hearing Therapy aims to maintain and improve the functions of speech, hearing, and swallowing, to support the recovery of quality of life in activities of daily living, and to develop specialists who can work within a team to provide treatment in cooperation with professionals from various fields.
